Real Fast Photos is provided by 2Geeks LLC. You can delete your account and associated data at any time, using the options below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
If you signed in to the app with your phone number:
- Open the Real Fast Photos app.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon on the home screen.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Ordered without an account
In the iPhone app you can order without signing in. Your listings are then saved to an anonymous account on your phone that has no name, email address or phone number. In the app, open Settings and tap Delete My Listings and Data to delete them immediately. If you no longer have the app on that phone, email us (Option 2) with the property address and roughly when you ordered. If you have it, include the order ID from Apple’s receipt email.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@realfastphotos.com and ask us to delete your account or listings. Send it from the email address on your account, or include your account phone number — or, if you ordered without an account, the details above. We will complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email if we have an address for you.
If you also use our website, it signs you in separately with your email address. Listings you created on the website are deleted this way.
What is deleted
- Your account profile: name, email address, and phone number.
- All of your listings, including the copies of your photos we store and the download files we create for them.
- Your device notification token.
- Error logs recorded against your account.
- Your sign-in account itself.
What may be retained
- Purchase records — the transaction number, what was bought, the price and the date — are kept for up to 7 years as required for tax, accounting and legal compliance. The property address and email address are removed from them when your account is deleted.
- Payment records held by the store or processor you paid through — Apple for the iPhone and iPad app, Google Play for Android, and Stripe for the website — are kept under their own policies. We never have your full card number.
- Our automated editing provider, RealtyEdit (previously Fotello), processes your photos and keeps its own copies under its policies: about 30 days for the photos you upload and about a year for the edited photos.
Even without deleting your account, each listing and its photos are deleted automatically 90 days after your first download (or 90 days after the photos were ready, if you never download them).
